Refund/Exchange Policy: Full refund on items returned within 7 days of purchase with like currency. Items paid with personal checks require a 10 day waiting period. Your returns accepted in exchange for merchandise or store credit. * Products must be in like new condition (clean & undamaged) or agreement is void. Receipt must accompany all returns. Credit card minimum is $10.00. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Money Order, Cashier Check and cash. All Wee Forest Folk purchases are final.  No returns/exchanges allowed. Order Processing Time: We strive to ship each order immediately for items in stock, but to be safe please allow 2-7 business days for us to process your order before shipping. Items which typically take longer will be noted in the product description. Back-orders: We work to keep our website as accurate as possible, however since we also have a physical retail storefront, on occasion we run out of a product before we can update the website. We promise to keep you informed if we anticipate any delay in fulfilling your order, thus when placing an order, please be sure to keep an eye on your email, which is our primary method of contact/communication, due to its speed and tracking purposes. If an item you have ordered is currently out of stock, we will work with you to either ship the item immediately upon its arrival or to work out a solution that is to your satisfaction. Most back stocked, non-seasonal items will generally require an extra 1-3 weeks to process before shipping. Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery. Both USPS and FedEx charge based on weight of package and shipping zone (please see www.USPS.com or www.FedEx.com for more information). All orders are shipped from Washington State, zip code 98021. If you have a preference on a specific shipping company or method, please email us at the time of your order and we’ll see what we can do for you. Otherwise, we’ll choose the most cost effective method. Shipping Charges:  (Note: Shipping is free for any Wee Forest Folk purchase over $100.)  We work hard to pack each order in the safest and most cost effective way possible, and research to find the least expensive shipping method for each order. We reduce waste by recycling and reusing shipping boxes and packing materials, thus we do not charge any extra handing or packaging fees. After packing your order, we calculate postage and insurance, then process your payment. At checkout you will be given an approximation of your shipping charges, based on standard delivery and default order processing. This shipping “charge” will then be adjusted to reflect actual shipping calculations, plus any applicable requested special instructions. Your invoice will show your total charges. Since our shopping cart cannot calculate exact shipping at the time of checkout, we provide a general estimate of what your shipping is likely to cost, for standard delivery. Actual shipping may be a few dollars less if the items are small or light in weight, or more if the items are large and heavy, if you have special delivery instructions (such as overnight), or if your order is broken up into multiple shipments.
